Project Overview

The project was part of the power company’s effort to increase resilience in their supply and service to the north of the island. This involved the construction of a 80′-0″ foot Repeater Tower and equipment building at Morne Espagnol.

• Design of rigid concrete pad retaining walls, service building and technical specification 
• Prepare Bills of Quantities (Priced/Unpriced) and contract documents. 
• Monitor progress against programme, instruct the Contractor to revise its programmes as necessary in order to meet due completion date.
